Can my property management grow organically with Impower?
Yes, we will be happy to assist you with your start-up, property takeover or change of manager. You can start with any number of units with Impower. Please note, however, that depending on the size of your company, a certain minimum monthly turnover is required. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us. With Impower as property management software, we want to support you in your growth and raise potentials.
Through which service do the bank accounts on Impower work?
A prerequisite for using Impower is EBICS-capable banking software. In addition, HBCI banking is supported according to the new standard. We recommend SFirm (software from Star Finanz-Software Entwicklung und Vertriebs GmbH), BankinZV (software from SubSembly) or windata (software from windata GmbH & Co.KG). In order to use Impower, your banking software must also support the CAMT 52 and 53 XML formats.
How does the switch to Impower take place?
After your 30-day trial period, you can continue to use your account productively straight away. Enter your properties and owners with their information in Impower and get started straight away. If you have selected a connection to our open interfaces offered when concluding the contract, we will accompany you in setting these up. Depending on the complexity of your move, we will contact you to discuss suitable procedures. This guarantees a successful switch from your old property management software to Impower.
What open interfaces and connections are there?
With Impower, we offer you a modern property management software that can serve as the centrepiece for the digitalisation of your daily management, because it offers you the possibility to network bidirectionally and smoothly with all the market participants and tools that you would like to use for your work thanks to open interfaces. Impower has therefore already been designed as an interface-based system in its basic architecture. In this respect, basically any software can be connected. All data can be imported or exported bidirectionally via interfaces or linked live with other systems. Even the microservices, i.e. features of Impower, can be addressed externally via interfaces. This is one of the great advantages of modern property management software.
From Impower, we have currently already connected the Casavi owner portal and ePost as cooperation partners as standard, i.e. you can use these connections easily and directly without any additional effort.
With Casavi, the data from Impower is synchronised directly with the data on the Casavi portal via the connected interface, so all changes to data in Impower are automatically transferred to Casavi.
Via the standard connection to the German e-post, you can create serial letters or invitations directly in Impower and forward them digitally to the German post office at the touch of a button. Via ePost, the letters are automatically printed, franked and sent, eliminating the manual work of printing and sending invitations.
Further predefined connections with more providers and market participants are already planned. Independently of this, however, every customer can also independently address Impower's interfaces and connect tools.
