There are various ways to get in touch with owners in Impower. One of these is communication by letter. However, the times of traditional letter mailing have clearly changed. In order to save on personnel, time and costs, Impower has partnered with Deutsche Post to provide you with the E-Post service.

Why sending letters online is so interesting

No matter what type of document it is, the process surrounding the letter is always the same: an employee of your property management company creates the document digitally and then prints it out. If additional attachments need to be added to the letter, these also need to be printed out and sorted. In the case of an owners' meeting with property management accounts and business plans, each letter with attachments must be compiled uniquely for each owner. They are then enveloped, stamped, taken to the local post office and sent.

That no longer has to be the case!

Hybrid delivery of mail

Registration is required in order to use the E-POST services. This is free of charge and can be done online. You must be of legal age, live in Germany and have a mobile phone number from a German mobile phone provider. The account is activated immediately. However, verification of the details is then required to use the services. Without this, the mailbox can only be used as an archive.
The sender creates the letter communication digitally via Impower, which now communicates with E-Post's integrated API interface. The provider prints the letter, envelopes and stamps it and then delivers the letter in analog form. The company no longer has any personnel costs, which are completely transferred to the provider.

Save costs - the days of manual bagging are over

Printing, preparation and post-processing and the time required result in costs in at least three places - personnel, printing and postage. 

Gone are the days when all invitations and serial letters, including the statement of charges, business plan, individual statements and service provider offers, were printed out on a large table and the staff collected the individual printouts once in a circle with an envelope.

Today, all it takes is a few clicks and form letters, owner invitations and all individual statements are sent to your owners without further ado.

The process remains completely digital - at least until your letter is printed, franked and delivered by the provider. This not only reduces personnel costs, but also saves you time and nerves.

No more media disruption with Impower

Although the process for sending letters online was completely digital on the sender's side, there were no options for integrating the e-letter into existing workflows. Users always had to leave their familiar working environment to switch to the Deutsche Post system. This hindered the work process. This is also a thing of the past with Impower.

As Impower has open interfaces, the process of sending letters online is directly embedded in the appropriate workflows. For you, this means that you can create a serial letter or an invitation to an owners' meeting in Impower and, in the final step, start the dispatch directly from the system. No more media discontinuity and no more software discontinuity - everything from a single source!

Your letters are then transmitted via our API interface to the German postal service, which prints, envelopes, stamps and sends them to your owners. And the practical part - when you create your contacts, you can enter the recipient's country directly, which later automatically ensures that the postage is calculated correctly.
