Challenge: double migration for comprehensive consolidation
The Geiger property management company used two different systems to manage its properties: Only the WEG properties were managed in Casavi, while the rental management properties were recorded exclusively in the ERP system. This data had to be consolidated in order to create an efficient and standardized management system in Impower in combination with Casavi.
COA migration
The COA data was first transferred from Casavi to Impower via portal import. Missing information was extracted from the ERP system by Impower via remote maintenance. Impower supported the data reconciliation and subsequent import to ensure that all COA's were completely and correctly mapped in Impower.
MV migration
The rental management objects that were not recorded in Casavi were transferred to an import table by the customer. Impower prepared this data together with the customer, cleaned it up and successfully imported the MVs into the Impower platform. As a result, they were also automatically created in Casavi and are now kept up to date synchronously.

Thanks to a coordinated migration strategy, Geiger Property Management was able to integrate all properties - both WEGs and MVs - into Impower. The data, which was originally managed separately in Casavi and the ERP system, is now united centrally in one system.
With the support of Impower, Casavi was expanded to include the missing rental management objects, so that Geiger Property Management now has a uniform platform for all properties. The migration enabled smooth consolidation and a more efficient workflow for Geiger Property Management. Nothing now stands in the way of the digitalization and automation of workflows.
Goal achieved: All Geiger properties and data are now fully managed and consolidated in Impower. Digitization has been successfully implemented and the company is now securely positioned for the future.
